At Providior, timely and accurate payments to suppliers are essential to helping our law firm clients maintain strong relationships with their trusted specialists. Simon Xu plays a central role in this process. With a sharp eye for detail and a steady approach to managing high volumes of work, he helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. He’s also known for being a supportive and collaborative teammate — always ready to lend a hand.
Sharee is a key member of Providior’s operations team. When things get complex, Sharee steps in to simplify and bring order to the scene. With two and a half decades in financial services—including 15 years focused on professional services financing and client account management—Sharee brings deep experience to her role. She’s known for her practical approach and her ability to keep things moving, especially when timelines are tight and clarity is key.
Oliver (Ollie) joined Providior in 2025 as a member of the Management Team, bringing with him a broad background in financial leadership across infrastructure investment, funds management, private equity and professional services. Ollie’s most recent experience was with investment manager, QIC as a Senior Accountant on the Infrastructure Investments team. Originally from the UK, he relocated to Brisbane in 2018 and now lives here with his young family.
Adam is responsible for strengthening relationships with Providior’s existing and prospective clients, including Australia’s leading Personal Injury Law firms. Jo Cope is the CEO and Managing Director of Providior, where she leads the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the business. With over 25 years of experience in financial services, legal funding, and business management, Jo brings a deep understanding of the professional services sector and the capital solutions that support its growth. Since stepping into the CEO role in 2022, she has overseen Providior’s continued expansion as a trusted provider of specialist funding to law firms and other professional service providers.
