Providior’s board comprises its co-founders and shareholder representatives, including a seasoned chair with extensive experience across diverse industries and corporate structures. Meeting quarterly, the board provides strategic guidance and oversight, reviewing reports from the CEO and leadership team to ensure alignment with Providior’s long-term objectives. With a strong emphasis on governance and risk management, the board plays a pivotal role in supporting sustainable growth and responsible market engagement.
Calvin Treacy is an experienced company director and commercial leader with a strong track record in scaling high-growth businesses across technology, mining, and financial services. He has served as Chairman of Providior since 2015, bringing strategic oversight and governance to the firm as it delivers specialist funding solutions to professional service firms across Australia.
Dale Ristovski is the founder of Providior and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board. With over two decades of experience in space formed by the confluence of the Legal, Medical and Finance sectors, Dale brings a deep understanding of the professional services landscape and the funding challenges faced by its participants.
Luke Shaw brings more than two decades of experience as a marketing and communications specialist and was instrumental in co-founding Providior. As the primary driver of customer acquisition and business development in the company’s formative years, Luke played a pivotal role in shaping Providior’s market presence and client engagement strategy.
Laurence has been instrumental in driving the professionalisation of Providior’s operations, with a strong focus on systems improvement, process rigour, and accounting/reporting integrity. With 25 years’ experience in operations and project management across industries as diverse as manufacturing, construction, and professional services, Laurence brought a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset to his role as General Manager.
