Laurence has been instrumental in driving the professionalisation of Providior’s operations, with a strong focus on systems improvement, process rigour, and accounting/reporting integrity. With 25 years’ experience in operations and project management across industries as diverse as manufacturing, construction, and professional services, Laurence brought a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset to his role as General Manager.
Following Providior’s recent growth, Laurence has transitioned into a non-executive role, where he continues to provide guidance to the leadership team on technology planning, system and process enhancements, and financial reporting standards. His deep understanding of business systems and operational workflows remains a valuable asset to the company.
Laurence holds a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University and a Diploma of Export Management from the Australian Institute of Export.
