Calvin Treacy

Calvin Treacy is an experienced company director and commercial leader with a strong track record in scaling high-growth businesses across technology, mining, and financial services. He has served as Chairman of Providior since 2015, bringing strategic oversight and governance to the firm as it delivers specialist funding solutions to professional service firms across Australia.

Calvin’s career spans more than two decades in executive and board roles, including as Managing Director of Intellection, a mining services technology company he founded to commercialise CSIRO’s QEMSCAN technology. Under his leadership, Intellection grew to over 100 staff across three countries and generated annual revenues exceeding $20 million.

He has held senior leadership and board positions at a range of innovative organisations, including Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT), Sniip, Mexia (acquired by Deloitte), and AMIRA International. His expertise lies in commercialisation, business development, and navigating complex growth environments.

Calvin holds an MBA from The University of Queensland and a degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from QUT.
